Refund Policy

1. Refund window

Eligible software license purchases may be refunded within 7 calendar days from payment confirmation.

2. Eligibility checks

• Request is submitted by the original purchaser.
• Payment and order records can be verified.
• No confirmed fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violation is present.

3. Revocation on refund

Approved refunds result in license deactivation and entitlement revocation for associated activations.

4. Request process

Send refund requests with order reference and purchase email to support@starwealthdynamics.org. Settlement timing depends on payment provider and issuing bank processes.
