End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Star Wealth Dynamics LLC grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DocSmith software utilities for internal business operations, subject to the active paid or free plan terms.

2. Scope and restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized redistribution.
• No reverse engineering except where mandatory law explicitly permits it.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive usage of software outputs.

3. Ownership and termination

All intellectual property remains owned by Star Wealth Dynamics LLC. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or fraud indicators.

4. Warranty and liability

Software is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Star Wealth Dynamics LLC disclaims indirect and consequential liability.
